Ingredients:
- 1 cup (250ml) unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground ginger (or freshly grated)
- 1 scoop Dose & Co Collagen Creamer (Vanilla or Caramel)
- ½ tsp maca powder (for hormone balance and energy)
- A pinch of black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)
- 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional, to taste)
Instructions:
1. In a small saucepan, gently heat the almond milk over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
2. Whisk in the turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, coconut oil, and black pepper until combined.
3. Remove from heat and add the Dose & Co Collagen Creamer and any additional superfoods (maca, ashwagandha, cacao, etc.).
4. Use a milk frother or blender for a creamy, frothy finish.
5. Taste and sweeten with maple syrup or honey if desired.
6. Pour into your favourite mug, sprinkle with a little cinnamon or turmeric on top, and sip slowly.
