Can I change how often my subscription order is sent out?
Yes! just go to your Account, click Manage Subscriptions and amend the delivery date. Our top-up options are every 15 days, every 30 days or every 60 days.
What if I want to change the product or flavour in my subscription?
You can change the product or flavour included in your subscription via your Account. You can also Contact Us for assistance.
What if I need to change my email, delivery address or credit card?
That's fine! Just go to your Account, click Manage Subscriptions and change these details under Billing Information. You can also Contact Us for assistance.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any point after your first order. Just go to your Account, then Manage Subscriptions and click Remove.
